TEMEC history begins with the founder participation in the world’s biggest civil engineering project in the 80s, the Itaipu Hydroelectric Power Plant. A world leadering plant producing clean and renewable energy, Itaipu was also the birth place of important new engineering methods and processes, such as the Slipping Formwork System, a landmark for Civil Construction, which the founder had the opportunity to contribute to developing the system. From this solid start, TEMEC was founded in the year 2000.

Throughout its history  TEMEC has contributed  in major Projects around the world operating in different continents (South and central America, Caribbean and Africa), in different Civil Construction segments  such as Industrial, Infrastructure and Buildings.
